Every relationship is a reflection of our relationship with God.
This book is intended for anyone experiencing marital-or any core relationship-challenges, particularly of a volatile nature. Some of the suggestions may appear martyrlike, due to the dedication to personal work that is recommended. However, without self-responsibility and generosity, love cannot fully blossom. In the end, the real winner is the one who stays with the challenges of marriage, and is gifted with the qualities of strength, patience, tolerance, compassion, and love that naturally ensue.

Chapter topics include: preparing yourself and your environment; assuming self-responsibility; self-healing; and opening to love.
The first appendix offers troubleshooting tips: how to recognize the nature of your complaint about the relationship; gaining awareness of the underlying truth that is causing the complaint; finding a way out (or through) the problem by changing your approach; and what you can learn from the experience and take with you into future conflicts.
In the second appendix, you'll find ten steps to healing, including surrendering to your higher power; accepting that everything you see is from you and for you; using life events as your teachers; and taking full responsibility for your reactions to outer events.
