Hamburger is a staple here at the Sullivan household as well. My grandparents both raised beef cattle, that's how my folks originally met, so we had plenty of hamburger growing up, and we still have half a freezer full of packaged hamburger any day of the year.
It took me a little while to compile the recipes in this book. Being a hamburger fan, I felt it necessary to try each of these recipes before giving them space on these pages. The recipes you find here will definitely spice up some older dishes, and entice you to sample a few new platters I have put together. I hope you enjoy
