Gospel of Mark - Study Bible (Red Letter Edition)

Apostle Paul has already formulated the fundamental theology of modern Christianity in 20 letters to Church leaders before the Gospels were written. Paul died in 64 AD. Mark wrote his Gospel, after death of Paul, between 65 AD and 70 AD. Mark never saw Jesus. Jesus is portrayed as a Prophet in Mark. Jesus spoke Aramaic language which is sister language of Hebrew and Arabic. Gospels were written in Greek. Original writings of Mark are lost. Contemporary historical or independent sources are not available to corroborate the Gospel narrations. One has to accept it on faith alone.
