Before we begin, as you read, I encourage you to develop a mindset in which you learn to love the process and divorce the results. Results are tangible and important, but when we focus solely on the results, then we lose touch with being present in the moment and things can quickly become overwhelming. Instead of living out of either the future of worry or the fear of the past, let's begin to adopt the mindset of living life fully present in the moment because that is all that we have. This book teaches about how to turn those mistakes into a message and how to finally get over the past. My heart and purpose is to help young adults who've been trapped in the prison of their own thoughts and fears; those who feel unworthy because of past situational failures. This book will help anyone to avoid the most damaging mistakes, to add some tools to the tool belt, and to develop a new mindset in this area.
