»The Federal Government's Inalienable Ownership of a Company Under Private Law According to Art. 90 Abs. 2 S. 3 of the German Constitution«: Art. 90 of the German Constitution was amended in 2017. The administration of the federal highways is now under Federal Administration. Art. 90 of the German Constitution allows the Federal Government to use a company under private law, which must be inalienable owned by the Federal Government, to fulfill these new tasks. The author examines the legal consequences of the new Art. 90 of the German Constitution, especially the meaning of the inalienable ownership of the Federal Government regarding a company under private law.
