All Mitzi Fine ever dreamed of was following in her father's footsteps and becoming a cop. She worked as a security guard in a small casino downtown, took judo and jujitsu classes and met the minimum requirements to start the process of getting into the police academy. But friends and family weren't keen on her decision. For one, she was tiny. At 4'11" and 110 pounds they told her she was hardly a threat and perhaps they were right. For when she chased a suspicious character down a back alley one night, she got way more than she bargained for! A lot more.



Prince Asger Berg was betrothed to a princess from a neighboring kingdom. His parents assured him the arrangement would bring prosperity to Dalrovia and enrich his life. He doubted that. Princess Velta was incredibly beautiful, yes, but a shrew. But when a woman falls into his lap out of the blue one day (quite literally) he sees a glimmer of hope. Unfortunately, she's as strange as Velta is beautiful. Yet for some reason, he's drawn to her like a moth to a flame. Problem is, if he ignores his duty and doesn't marry the princess, the result could be war.
