Beskrivelse
S.T. Haggerty grew up in Vermont, the country of Robert Frost and Norman Rockwell. Cows in the Fog is a book of poetry inspired by memories of working in the summer fields shoulder to shoulder with hard skinned farmers from a time when milking cows, and harvesting crops, counted for a measure of character and respect. Learning the lessons of life from working the earth blessed him with a view of how feeding the animals and haying fields by the river was meaningful in a way that left him marked with a deep love of country life and the sometimes funny characters that came out of that world.
