Converting to Veganism

Curious about veganism? Are you vegan already? Want to learn all sorts of things about veganism, plus some practical vegan advice. Keep reading then... I converted to veganism after being vegetarian. I thought it would be easy at first, but it wasn't for me. I've had other vegans disagree with me on the ease of converting to veganism. Some argue that it was easy, and they had been meat eaters their entire lives. Some people who were lacto-vegetarians agreed with my assessment that it was more difficult than they thought it would be. This book is not a rant on why my opinion is better than anyone elses' opinions. It is actually a book that encourages the reader to find their own truth-pertaining to veganism. I'm no guru, just an ordinary vegan who embraces the lifestyle and foodstuffs that vegans enjoy. I'm not here to judge, criticize, or tell you how to believe or not believe concerning veganism. You have a brain, you can use your critical faculty to discern what's best for you, your body type, and your own wellness. Likewise, I'll do the same for me. In the vegan community there is a lot of debate, opinions, and even judgments against other vegans and vegetarians and what should be eaten, how, and even when. Should you be a raw vegan? Should you eat cooked vegan foods? Should you be a fruitopian? There are so many pros and cons to many of these opinions, but keep in mind-they are only someone's opinions. This book should give you a nice perspective on veganism without being too critical or overly judgmental. I hope you'll appreciate this book and gain a lot of value and understanding pertaining to adopting a vegan lifestyle.
