Coaching Life

Coaching Life is a new fictional way for readers to learn about coaching. It follows the story of two work colleagues who undergo coaching and along the way offers insights into the different approaches of existential, gestalt, cognitive and group coaching. It shows what it's like to experience each of these four different approaches - warts and all! The story follows Jasper and Simone travelling, training and coaching from Cumbria and the Cotswolds to London in lockdown. They first experience individual coaching and then go on to train as coaches and along the way they begin to unravel their own personal mysteries and start to understand what they each need from work and life. The final group coaching experience leads them to confront their future lives and the decisions that await them.
