The theme of this book is the cultural construction in Zhejiang Province under the guidance of “China Dream” policy. It reviews the profound history of traditional culture in Zhejiang, and concludes with the modern practice and achievements by the local government. It reviews policies implemented in Zhejiang for the construction of socialist core values, public cultural services and cultural industry.
