Avoid a Void

A wonderfully illustrated picture book that shows an individual's journey in alcohol dependency. The narrative's outcome however, is the same no matter the substance or habit of choice. With anthropomorphic characters, the artist has combined his art with presentation slides from 'Just A Thought Club' depicting their simple core message to individuals looking for hope and a different way to conquer their personal suffering. The slides, in the next part of this little booklet, have changed over time as the understanding has deepened but the author decided to stick to the original statements as they have helped so many people over the last few years to find insight that has given them a psychic shift of real positive transformation. This is a humble gateway or introduction to the Three Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness; which states that we experience life from the inside-out and not the outside-in.
