Angels in the Architecture

Whilst out for a stroll on Sunday morning, DI 'Dick' Barton notices two police cars parked outside the church, in his village just outside Scarborough. When he goes to investigate, he finds a dead vicar - the victim of a tragic accident. But nothing is ever that simple. Barton's investigations soon reveal that two witnesses, along with 20,000, have gone missing, and that the vicar was not all that he seemed. All thoughts of a quiet day with his family are banished. But that's soon the least of his worries as a 'big city' arrives looking for the missing money. Soon Barton has a murder and a kidnapping to deal with.
