Ancient Voices Call Again: "Peace of Mind"

The ancient philosophers of Greece and Rome knew that life is a great search for the highest expression of Self. They knew that nothing in all the fright and chaos of this world is more important than peace of mind. They knew that the cultivation of virtues and the denial of vices is indispensable to peace. Expressing Stoic and Epicurean traditions, Socrates, Plato, Epictetus, Plutarch, Epicurus, Seneca, Cicero, Marcus Aurelius and others, asked-What kind of person would you be as you walk the earth for a short while? What virtues would you welcome, what vices would you lay aside, what light would you be to others and yourself?
