A Queer, Black boy from the projects of Baltimore, MD--Ward grew up fatherless from the age two to sixteen, and at nineteen he lost his mom, indefinitely. He was forced to grow up quick while looking to himself as his savior, and representation. Failing profusely and at war with his internal self, Ward soon learns the universal language and understands the progression of one depends on how well you handle noninjury pain, tiredness, and discomfort, and how well one uses misfortunes as fuel to keep on--keeping on.

Coming into his own, Ward shares some of the toughest lessons he admits helped mold his new earth. Holding himself personally accountable, Antoine has become inspired to create his very own active lifestyle brand, WardBody.
