Agile-ish

Agile is a vast global movement and it's transforming the world of work. From beginnings in software development it's now appealing to mainstream business because it helps them be more productive, profitable and successful - by delivering greater customer value. If you're on a journey to agile, at some point you'll be 'agile-ish'. 'Ish' means somewhat, to a degree, more or less. It's not perfect or finished or done. Agile-ish acknowledges that the gifts of imperfection are incredible learning experiences; that, the benefits of getting momentum outweighs the time spent over-planning; and that delivering value to customers is what makes 21st Century businesses successful.
