Action Based Offense (ABO) is a framework for teaching and strategically calling actions that create advantages based on both the offensive and defensive personnel on the floor
ABO gives you the pieces to call something specific every time down the floor using a set of actions your entire team knows. This gives you simplicity in offense, but also allows your offensive strategy to be very intentional - not only game to game, but play to play
Offensive sets are built from simple actions that can be combined in different ways to move players around the court like chess pieces to put them in the best situation to make a play
