A Question A Day Keeps the Boredom Away

A question every day of the year to help kids explore who you are. 

Using a journal can help start the conversation around everyday life growing up. Having daily conversations about what you are grateful for individually and as a family can have lasting benefits not just to the kids in the house, but also for the grownups.



Improve confidence and self-esteem - Both can be gained when challenged and overcome that challenge. For many children, writing is a new skill. By empowering them to use this new skill to express what they're inner thoughts and feeling they can help improve their self-esteem.
