A Date with Murder

When Constance Aberfield agrees to a date with the devilishly handsome Henry Craig, she doesn't expect to have a good time. He's arrogant and a little too charming for his own good. It's surprising then that she actually ends up enjoying herself... that is until he takes the first sip of a cocktail that she orders and dies. Someone poisoned the drink. But worse than that, in her opinion, someone tried to kill her.

Now in the line of fire, Constance is determined to find out who is trying to kill her. Unfortunately, that's easier said than done. But when another attempt is made on her life, and then another, Constance begins to suspect that there might be more to this case than meets the eye. If she's going to have any chance of solving it, she's going to need to escape the watchful eyes of her friends and literally dodge bullets, otherwise the killer might get exactly what they're after: Constance's life.
