3SqMeals started as a one person's quest - Dr. O', to spread original messages of hope, optimism, wisdom, and encouragement all over the world. Filled with a desire to reach as many people as possible, the thought of tweeting the messages came to mind. The goal was simple - to offer original quotes and messages up to three times daily all over the world using the platform of social media. The messages and quotes are applicable to daily living. Over a thousand quotes and messages have been written since it started. To this day, the quotes and messages continue to be posted daily via Twitter @3SqMeals. Our mission at 3SqMeals is 'Improving the World with Words.'
