-Addresses an important issue: Even before the pandemic of 2020, there were a number of threats looming over the workplace that were preventing us from feeling supported at work, and therefore from living fully engaging and satisfying lives; this book addresses these threats, and shows readers how to defuse them. The Great Resignation showed just how many people feel (or felt) dissatisfied with their work lives; this book gets to the root of why that is, and makes the argument that if we are genuinely interested in our health and well-being, then addressing this unhappiness in the workplace is the low hanging fruit in terms of having a real impact on our overall quality of life. Overall, 63.5 percent of the population worked in 2020, and multiple surveys have shown that the vast majority of this workforce is not happy with the status quo; this book has a huge potential audience.
