This is one of the most unique formats ever created for discussing women's issues. Virtually all women and 98% of men will gain a new perspective and likely adopt a different approach to life. There is nothing pop-cultural or trendy about this. It is written with the same sincerity and clarity of thought as each of the situations portrayed of women grappling with the problems that face women. Over the course of 15 years in management, the author met with many women who were seeking personal guidance on issues ranging from relationships and infidelity to career strategies and problem bosses. This book takes some of those issues and puts them into a series of vignettes which mix drama, emotion and oftentimes humor as they work their way toward a resolution. So, what is a woman looking for when confronted with a troubling issue? First, she wants to share with another human being. The book ends with a set of 21 Rules that might help women lead a better, less troubling life. The advice given is offered with admiration and respect for women facing a variety of difficult issues which are compounded by our complex, shifting culture and each woman's own intricate wiring.
