Williams-Beuren syndrome (WBS) is a genetic condition characterized by low IQ, cardiovascular malformations, dysmorphic facial features, and a striking pattern of behaviors, weaknesses, and strengths, such as musical and verbal abilities, extraordinary friendliness, empathy, and social grace.
