Stuck in Eating and Body Image Issues?
You are not alone. Everyday, countless numbers of women succumb to distorted thinking that leads to disordered eating and body image ideals. But when these root issues are exposed, women become empowered to walk victoriously over their eating and body image issues and transform their thinking through Scripture and spiritual disciplines.
Transformed is a 12-session Bible study that shares my journey and the process that God used to help me find freedom and restoration. It includes:
Gripping true stories of freedom journeys. Foundational reading and reflection on key scriptures. Practical, daily guidance for each step of the process. An intentional path to allow God to create lasting change. Release your body image ideals and reclaim your God-given image by letting God transform the way you see yourself.
