His letters are full of insight and wisdom. In them you hear his voice as if he were in the room with you. He offered brilliant advice and did it with humor and compassion. Every letter he wrote is as contemporary today as the day it was written. The letters cover a wide range of topics addressing most of the problems people have struggled with for generations. 'If we continue to use the external control psychology which tears people apart and destroys relationships, we'll make no progress in improving the way we get along with each other.
