And when Jay Sinclair arrives from Boston - looking for some peace and quiet - he starts to fall under her influence and become involved with her life. Why is the main town so very quiet? Why are there no animals but frightened horses? And when new visitors start disappearing, Jay begins to understand that there is something very wrong.
