Alex and Wanda are back and solving crimes in Seaview, a snotty, seniors-only playground just south of Clinton. Alex is helping Ethel Kluntz look for a condo in Seaview and the bodies are piling up as the Seaview Flasher runs amok Alex must work with Beverly LeFaye, the exclusive Seaview listing agent and former homemaker TV show hostess, who runs Seaview like it's her private North Korea. Beverly, the queen of saccharine, offers etiquette tips and "lovely lady moment" advice to everyone with a gleam in her eyes and a passive aggressive twist.
