The last 12 books of the Old Testament -- Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi - are 'minor' only in the sense that they are short, not that they are unimportant.
