The desire to bring the stories and lessons of the best chefs in the world into one central place stemmed from a heartbreaking email in 2015. A lost soul of a line cook sent a tragic 3AM email that would indefinitely change Chef Chris Hill's perception of the industry he fell in love with as a boy. As a result, Hill set out on to interview the industry's elite, looking to answer the question, 'what does it take to be successful?'.
