Research shows that gratitude and celebrating what you have done well boosts positive emotions. This mindset journal focuses on four daily tasks to focus your mind on what you do want, rather than want you don't want. You get what you focus on, and the reason for that is your mind receives far more information than it can handle, so it deletes, distorts and generalises information. Whatever suggestions you put into your mind are latched onto, and your mind will actively seek to find references that match that information. Your mind is very much like a computer searching for similar information and experiences. This journal will help build the habit of a positive mindset, assisting you to have a happy and fulfilled life, alongside building momentum towards reaching your goals. Use the journal daily completing the gratitude, aspirations, celebrations, and daily thought sections. At the start of each month summarise how you feel about the prior month, and your goals for the month ahead. There is enough space in the journal for 3 months, it's not month defined, so you can start at any time during the year.
