The call to share with others about the work of Jesus Christ, His life, and salvation promise, are central to the Christian message. The word "Gospel" means "good news," and we are to share this message of "good news" with the world. God loves you! God is with you! God wants you to join with Him for eternity! With a message like this, it would seem like everyone would want to receive it...right? One would think that with such an awesome message to carry, the Christian community would desire to represent it well and with joy. So why are evangelistic efforts so frequently thwarted? The general consensus of the non-Christian world is that Christians are judgmental, hypocritical, unchristlike, narrow-minded, and uneducated...and can we honestly say they are wrong?
