With the five skills I have presented above, this book will also share to you some habits you can adopt and at the same time open your eyes to dangerous habits you should avoid. Chapter 7 will teach your practices to hone your focus and concentration when there is an important task at hand. To complement this, you will also receive some important tips on how to make the most out of your time through some time-efficient habits in Chapter 8. Lastly, let this book open your eyes to the most common time-wasting habits that you might have so that you can try and avoid them in the future. This will be tackled in the last chapter.
