About the BookDestiny represents potential and is a place you are supposed to reach sometime in the future. However, one must travel and successfully make it to the appointed destination for destiny to unfold. Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. Along the way, you must work hard, make adjustments, and persevere through various trials, tribulations, and temptations to succeed. Many don't fulfil their fate because they believe it is a given and that it will automatically come to pass. They don't realize we are actually the authors of our life stories and the navigators of our own courses who are responsible for writing our personal narratives and creating our own paths. At a very young age, I faced a lot of adversities & challenges. I imparted tuitions to high school students while pursuing my bachelor's degree to tide over my family's financial crisis. Call it fate or a twist of it, life itself took me to the waters I wanted to chart - Truly a Self Made Man. A person who folded his hands in Prayers to seek Blessings from the ALMIGHTY LORD and the Universe. A person who wooed "Lady Luck" with Karma, Hard Work, Faith and Hope blended with meaningful Actions to "Craft his own Destiny with his own Hands". Being successful in many walks of life and making unconventional choices has helped me in creating a niche for myself. Taking up plastic technology in the times when everyone was drifting towards computers and IT was a start in building a castle from the bricks which others threw on me. Believing my mental agility and energy has given me a voracious appetite for knowledge for which I travelled to more than 30 countries which have made me a global citizen culturally and unprejudiced by nature. Having several appearances in South African newspapers, consulate news-letters, Australian news-letters and Kenyan radio & television have given me global recognitions. This book is an honest & sincere attempt to capture my roller-coaster ride in Real Estate from Australia to India to the USA to New Zealand and to share the best global practices with the aspiring Youth. I wish to unlock these hidden treasures and bring them to their door-step through the medium of this book. I hope that it will give them "The Edge" - not over the competition, but to empower themselves to become better citizens and "be the change" for the society at large.
