If you enjoy solving mysteries you will love this real-life 'detective story' where you get to answer the many questions that come up. Who was John Wenlock? How did he die and when? Was he slain in battle, murdered, or did he survive incognito? More importantly, what happened to his 'treasure'?
To fully understand this 'character' and discover what happened to him and his 'treasure', you will learn some of the history of 15th Century England, Wales, and France.
Fray has spent 25 years researching Wenlock and the history that surrounds him. What he has discovered is an era full of fraud, intrigue, espionage, counter-espionage, sanctimony and barbarity, in addition to the numerous battles and executions of warring nobles. He will show that the personalities of Kings, Queens, Dukes, Duchesses, and knights are often hidden beneath lace or shining armour.
Using the evidence Fray has produced, you get to be a detective or juror, and decide for yourself what happened to our hero and his 'treasure'. There are many additional issues that could encourage you to pursue some research for yourself.
