The Marketing Checklist 4: Your Guide for Overwhelmed and Overthinking Entrepreneurs

As a long-time business coaching team, we know that there are two reasons that the business of "working on your small business" rarely gets done. The first is that you, the entrepreneur, are overwhelmed because you're responsible for everything. Even if you can delegate, you still must check the work and make sure it's done correctly. That takes a toll.

The other half of that equation is when you do get into action to improve your business, you are shown dozens of options. The challenge is that most people who want to sell you a product, or service or system are salespeople. They think that their whizbang deal is great for every business. This causes you to overthink your decisions.

And when you're thrown all these options and supposed opportunities up against your proverbial marketing wall, you overthink which of them to use. That's not productive or sustainable.

We see this every week when we hold our client's hands through that huge maze of decisions. No wonder you are overwhelmed.
