Southern In All Twenty-One Countries

H. David Crossley is a Tau Beta Pi engineering graduate of The University of Alabama. He joined Texaco Oil Company in the summer of 1972. He would travel to twenty-one countries in various engineering and management positions. His career in oil and gas would last forty-three years and provide many interesting and humorous opportunities to visit with famous and not so famous people. His life has been somewhat like his fellow alumni Forrest Gump except his really happened. He was fortunate to have parents and a local setting that provided the moral background to deal appropriately with the smartest guys and gals in the room in a wide variety of worldwide settings and situations. This is the story of an exciting life, and the lessons learned from his rich experiences and encounters with many people whose names you will recognize.
