In this book, Lucy Caxton Brown continues her exploration of the Astral Plane through a series of poetic essays. The essays aim to help the reader clearly define and develop a relationship with their individual and eternal Soulmind.
As a philosopher-poet, Lucy has an interest in ancient thought and culture.
'The ancient Egyptians, amongst others, understood the astral nature of soulmind and left us many clues. 'Soulmind is, and always has been, at the heart of physical existence. We are eternal beings who have lived before. We will live again, and again, and again!'
Through these essays we can develop a better understanding of our eternal nature in this life, learn more about our mental and spiritual abilities, as well as how and why our thoughts lead to actions that impact upon our material surroundings.
The manner in which we perceive ourselves and others will develop as our thoughts come to embrace the hidden but causative side of our eternal Soulmind. This will lead to a more peaceful and contented existence, knowing we are no longer constrained by just one lifetime.
Our whole notion of time, and what we can do with it will alter. And as our perception of who we are begins to change so feelings of failure and associated anger can be dissipated.
We will no longer judge ourselves by what we have achieved in this lifetime as we will understand there is no such limitation upon us or our fellow living creatures. As a result, we can expect our outlook on the world to be transformed along with our relationships with each other.
