Your healing, renewal, and Power, start HERE! This journal is a resource for you, and it works as a piece to your own commitment to your own self-love, self-renewal, and self-awareness.
The components of this journal are designed to help you rise like a Phoenix from its ashes, to help to release the broken versions of yourself, and to allow you to finally live life fully regardless of who may be or may no longer be a part of it, and regardless of the past experiences that have convinced you that you would be the way you were, bitter, broken or angry forever.
After completing this Self-Renewed Journal, you will start to notice yourself rising and taking back the power that only God can give you. You will notice the keys that you now hold that fit to your emotional and mental state daily that you would have given the control and power to previously, now being in your hands and control. You will notice that the things that use to consume you, simply no longer have that power longer. There is power in these words, there is power in the affirmations, and the self-care exercises within the pages of this journal, but they will only work for you if you commit to them daily.
