In grade school, they were told that anyone could become president. So for lifelong friends Thomas and Dave, coming up with ideas for their own stint in the Oval Office has always been a fun way to pass the time. Now, however, they're well into adulthood, with other interests and full-time jobs.

But when the two men are recruited to play in an all-genre concert to raise money for President Oberry's second campaign, the pals come up with an idea that could change their lives forever.
