Many wonders may be explored by utilising the union of story telling. Such are the magical ways of Meditation to Heal Mind, Body and Soul through, Music, Wisdom and Energy Transference. Meditation is an ancient art of relaxation of which we may all seek to still our minds at various times during our busy lives but don't know how. Meditation is one of the ways to achieve this. When the channelled Mythonian Spiritual Teachings of Cheylia' were ready to present to all people Sho'Lin and myself decided to add meditation to our courses. From that came a decision to ask each student who became an El-Mayur, to write their own meditation that would be included in the Mythonian book of Meditation Journeys. As we all shared this wonderful way of gathering to pass on our experiences gained in the real world, so too they may be shared with others in the surreal world of meditation, after which an exchange of messages or visions received is always part of the enjoyment. This was not a requirement, but rather an expression of whom our students are while completing their learning or indeed once completed, therefore took courage to do so. For an El-Mayur to teach others one needs to know ones Sacred All Loving Self and be at one with that aspect. The way to overcome the challenges life presents may not always be easy to find. Meditation can assist us by calming our thoughts, stilling the mind and relaxing the body in such a way that we may traverse the deeper paths of our inner self and access our spiritual core...in doing so we may connect to our Soul, Spiritual Brethren or Guides and learn much from them. In this way discover many answers to our questions. It is our hope those who read the meditations, enjoy their personal experiences and stories which have been presented, and so pass on many of our students personal beliefs, desires or secrets which were previously not available to express with wisdom and words. Perhaps you too will be able utilise their journeys offered by sharing them with others, for one of the greatest benefits meditation offers is transference of sights seen, places others experience or visions passed to ones mind by union within a Crystalline Syrah, for all may be used later for interpretation of information received. Thus you can gain clarity for a path yet to unfold. How to create a Syrah is explained with images to view and procedures to follow, which allows one to fully explore the mystical voyages offered during meditation. Groups will enjoy the unique ways of union it offers and so will be able to compare visions of their journeys, many surprises will then flow for it is possible each person may have similar journeys with items they see confirming they were also on the same voyage and in the same place as another within the Syrah. Sho'Lin has offered ways of union for loved ones to be together, if only for a brief time during such divine journey's. One then discovers the power of faith in Cheylia' and in doing so may utilise Syrah Ways for various purposes once familiar with the benefits they offer. Crystals to use and ways to use them to assist you are explained, with images to help simplify procedures required for such benefits. This is a unique offer included by us to present further choice and ways to enjoy spiritual and holistic aspects of yourself that may be ready to be activated, for all will assist you to be able to search deeply into your emotions and feelings... if so desired.
