"Where the head goes, the body follows."Think about the last time you found yourself driving to work. Maybe you put on the radio, and started to zone out as you drove along. Maybe you pulled mindlessly into the nearest fast food place to get breakfast or coffee. Probably ate it on the way. Driving along, eating and never engaged in either task. Now that you have that drive into work in your mind, what were you thinking about during that time? Maybe that meeting with your boss coming up? Or that mad scramble to get you and the kids out the door? Maybe you recognized yourself in a few of the examples above. Perhaps you've found yourself feeling disconnected or dissatisfied with your life, work and relationships because you weren't paying attention to yourself. Maybe you recognized that you didn't know how to let go of distractions; instead, they were all you could think about while you were driving. Maybe you see all of this with your clients, and would like to have the tools to help them connect with themselves, their bodies, food they eat, their workouts, their lives and their choices.
