Cholera and Tuberculosis are among the major causes of outbreak among the human communities. They differ in their geographical interest; the former remained a daunting challenge among the developing countries, while the later is still producing medical alarm in the developed countries. The health implication of an outbreak can be summarized in the following ways: -It causes rapid draining and shrinking of human resources and economy-It attacks and disturbs human emotionally and socially.WHO, CDC & other health agencies have taken into account the recent outbreaks caused by the above infectious diseases in various regions across the globe. We can arrest these microbial activities if we follow strictly the seven fundamentals for immediate control of microbial outbreak
