Through his blogs and posts, Armand's A Ladder to Above has become the backbone of recovery for me. It brings The Twelve Steps together in a way that clearly points its readers toward the realm of the spirit, toward Conscious Contact, toward complete recovery from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body. As with all great writers and teachers, Armand's message is simple: living in God's Will for us is the only option to the self-propelled will of our human natures. To understand that process of Transformation (it is nothing short of that), and its pathway to The Healing Power within each of us required both the teacher and the process of taking A Ladder to Above one step at a time. Now, other alcoholics can be part of a worldwide community of truly awakened spirits whose primary obligation is to return the Gift we have been so freely given to the many who are in desperate need of it.
