Grief is really your LOve unfinished. When we understand grief a little better it can help us to move on in our own lives. I have put together a few things that have helped me with my own grief, as I lost a parter, a husband and my best friend. When we understand the LOve we have for the person alive is still oozing through us when they have died that causes our pain. The pain is real. For some of you will have heart ache and for others it is living a nightmare where every time you shut your eyes you see your LOved one dying before your eyes. Horrific at times... Yet we can move through this to a place where we LIVE life again with celebrating your LOved one.The broken heart syndrome is very real. Many partners die through the broken heart yet when we understand this is the pain of grief somehow we can manage our grief a little better. Graeme left behind a last wish, to tell the world what I know to help them heal. To help them feel better. Hope Poppy Foundation is the last wish coming alive.
