Freshly Minted is a uniquely comprehensive introduction to the art and science of business management. Perfect for college students and young managers, this book views the management world from the lens of a fresh graduate from IIM-Ahmedabad.
During his MBA at IIM-A, Shreyas Harish had created notes on each of the subjects taught at business school. Shreyas' notes were nearly universally adopted by the next batch of students. The IIM-A batch of 2021-23 described the notes as "a life-saver", "a legendary companion" and "amazingly comprehensive through the MBA journey". Inspired by this response, Shreyas decided to translate his notes into a more accessible format of a single book for college students, current MBA students and young managers a like.

About the Author: Shreyas Harish is an alumnus of IIT Madras, where he completed his B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. On his graduation, he was awarded the 'Institute Blues' award and was recognised as the Best Outgoing Student (cultural activities).
He then worked with Reckitt (then Reckitt Benckiser) for 2 years. He joined as a management trainee in sales and marketing, and was confirmed as the assistant manager, for their go-to-market strategy, working on their national sales automation strategy.
Most recently, he graduated from IIM-Ahmedabad. At IIM-A, he consistently ranked within the top 10 students, and was recognised as an 'Institute Scholar'.
