This book is a timely contribution to the international dialogue now underway nationally and internationally on how technology cooperation can foster sustainable economic development through the wise production and use of energy. It includes an integrated package of recommendations which will encourage such technology cooperation, developed by a group of over 90 international energy experts from developed and developing countries, as well as intergovernmental organizations.
