Domestic Violence "The Forbidden Truth" takes a hard look at alcohol and its association with domestic violence, as well as the undeniable discrimination towards men. Alcohol for years has been considered a contributing factor, but not a cause of domestic violence, although it is clearly associated with 2/3 of the most severe cases. This book breaks down the use of alcohol and its association with violence in to two categories, non-consumption and consumption theory.
