Physician Kehnroth Schramm and the woman who tried to protect him are the centre of this heartwarming and heartbreaking story of timeless love. The story examines medical ethics, legal ethics, social issues and honesty vs. dishonesty of people in powerful places.
The story opens at the University of Vermont Medical School with Ken and his graduating medical class of 1958 taking the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm and to keep his patients' secrets.
