»The Criminal Liability of the Online Gambling Provider and the Payment Service Provider Involved In Accordance with §§ 284 ff. of the German Criminal Code (StGB). A Treatment of the Problems under European and Constitutional Law of the Constituent Element of the Offence >Without Official Authorisation< and its Effect under Criminal Law«The criminal liability of online gambling providers without a separate German licence, especially from other European countries, is a much-discussed topic. The author contributes to this discussion with this thesis by examining the criminal liability of these providers and the payment service providers commissioned by them, including the applicability of German criminal law as well as European and constitutional aspects of the regulatory situation.
