Ben Eblen, a prolific designer and illustrator from Australia, has created the cover for issue 29. He’s created incredible tutorials for CDQ in the past and always proved popular, so we are thrilled to feature his art on the cover this time. Inside you’ll also find eye-opening articles, interviews, and tutorials on many aspects of character design, created by the world’s leading artists in the field. We have tutorials from Andy Na, who explores the use of colour in character design, and Sarah Lisa Hleb, who tackles our Characterize This challenge, plus an interview with CDQ and Instagram favourite Poopikat.
