This is a story about truth and lies, injustice, narcissism, mental health and love. I wanted to share my experiences with you to demonstrate that no matter how crappy things get and no matter how deep into the depths of despair you find yourself, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. This book will hopefully provide you with some useful information by sharing my experiences but also to let you know that you are not alone in your own personal circumstances. Things do get better with time and the truth will always come out. I have learned to be persistent, honest with myself and to look after me. Without that I would have broken a long time ago.
